TESTWORLD, Ivalo (Finland) – snow, wet braking, and fatigue testing

IDIADA, Santa Oliva (Spain) – dry handling, wet circle, and endurance tests

Mileage, efficiency, and extended performance

Regrooving

FORTUNE commercial vehicle tyres marked “Regroovable” are engineered for extended use. Regrooving allows up to 4mm of additional tread depth, safely extending performance while maintaining traction and control. This process can increase mileage by up to 25% and save up to 2 litres of fuel per 100km — delivering significant cost and environmental benefits.

Retreading

Our Class A casings are designed for retreading, giving your tyres multiple lifespans. Retreading not only reduces raw material usage and waste but also lowers your carbon footprint and extends the value of every purchase. With reduced water consumption, energy use, and CO₂ emissions, our retreadable tyres support more sustainable transport operations.
